Begampur Cricket Club Tournament

1. Tournament Participation

1.1 The Begampur Cricket Club Tournament ( Tournament ) is open to players of all skill levels who register through official channels.

1.2 Participants must provide accurate personal information during registration.

1.3 The organizing committee reserves the right to accept or reject any registration without explanation.

2. Player Eligibility

2.1 Age verification documents may be required for age-category tournaments.

2.2 Professional players currently under contract with state/national teams are not eligible.

2.3 Players must be medically fit to participate.

3. Tournament Rules

3.1 All matches will follow standard 10-over format rules with modifications as specified by organizers.

3.2 The tournament will follow ICC Spirit of Cricket guidelines.

3.3 Umpire decisions are final and binding.

4. Code of Conduct

4.1 Players must maintain sportsmanlike behavior at all times.

4.2 Any form of abuse (verbal/physical) will lead to immediate disqualification.

4.3 Alcohol and tobacco products are strictly prohibited in the playing area.

5. Registration & Fees

5.1 Registration fees are non-refundable except in case of tournament cancellation.

5.2 Team registrations require minimum 10 and maximum 15 players.

5.3 Individual registrants will be placed in teams by organizers.

6. Liability & Insurance

6.1 Participants play at their own risk.

6.2 Organizers are not responsible for any injuries or accidents during the tournament.

6.3 Players are advised to obtain personal accident insurance.

7. Media & Publicity

7.1 By participating, players consent to being photographed/filmed for promotional purposes.

7.2 Tournament highlights may be broadcast on digital/social media platforms.

8. Prize Money & Awards

8.1 Prize distribution is subject to winner verification.

8.2 Taxes on prizes are the responsibility of winners.

8.3 Organizers reserve the right to modify prize structure.

9. Weather & Cancellations

9.1 Matches may be rescheduled due to weather conditions.

9.2 No refunds will be issued for matches affected by weather.

9.3 Organizers' decisions regarding cancellations are final.

10. General Terms

10.1 Organizers reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

10.2 Any disputes will be subject to jurisdiction of Begampur courts.

10.3 These terms constitute the entire agreement between participants and organizers.
