Refund & Cancellation Policy

Begampur Cricket Club Tournament


1. General Policy

- All registration fees are **non-refundable** except under specific conditions mentioned below.  

- Requests must be submitted in writing to **[tournament email]** within the specified timelines.  


2. Weather-Related Cancellations

🌧️ **In case of rain/match postponement:**  

- **No refunds** will be issued for matches affected by weather.  

- The tournament will be  Rescheduled to the next available date.  

- Registered participants will automatically qualify for the new schedule.


3. Tournament Cancellation (Force Majeure)

🛑 If the tournament is permanently cancelled due to:

- Natural disasters  

- Government restrictions  

- Any unforeseen circumstances  


Refund Eligibility:

- 50% of registration fee will be refunded within 15 working days.  

- Balance 50%  will be retained as administrative costs.  


4. Participant Cancellation 

❌ if a player/team withdraws:

- Before deadline: 25% deduction + processing fees  

- After deadline: No refunds  


5. How Refunds Are Processed

- Approved refunds will be issued via:  

  • Original payment method (7-10 working days)  

  • Tournament credit for future events  


6. Non-Refundable Components

🚫 These will not be refunded under any circumstances:  

- Merchandise/kit purchases  

- Banking/transaction fees  

- Any utilized services  


7. Special Considerations

- Medical emergencies (with valid documentation) may receive:  

  • 50% refund  

  OR  

  • Free registration for next tournament
